FSHV Win Ayrshire's Growth Business of the Year Award (11-50 Employees)
FSHV were delighted to be awarded Ayrshire’s Growth Business of the Year (11-50 Employees) at the Ayrshire Business Awards dinner on 4th October 2024 at Ayr Racecourse. This recognition highlights the company’s remarkable trajectory of expansion, hard work and commitment to succeed.
FSHV began trading in 2020 and since have rapidly evolved from a small-scale venture into a formidable player in its industry, boasting a highly skilled team of 42 individuals. The award celebrates FSHV’s outstanding team work of everyone involved at FSHV.
Managing Director Richard McPhee praised FSHV’s success stating, “I would like to thank every member of staff at FSHV, this award goes to everyone of you”.

FSHV’s success and expansion has been achieved through four key strategies:

- Streamline project management processes by utilising best practices and methodologies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintenance of accreditations and certifications and operate efficiently under a quality management system.
- Maintain high safety standards by prioritising the health and safety of all employees and stakeholders.
As a small organisation in comparison to our competitors, our key objective is always delivering quality as paramount whilst adhering to health and safety and environmental constraints, this is well managed by a core of vastly experienced individuals which form the basis of our project management team.

FSHV provide our clients with safe, innovative, industrious solutions for engineering and power transmission needs. Working within the energy sector, FSHV facilitate delivery of projects within timescales, budgets and HSE regulation whilst maintaining quality standards within our Management systems to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, Achilles and Constructionline Gold certifications. FSHV commenced trading in July 2020 as a sub-contractor and through company expansion and a sustained period of rapid growth, we have penetrated new markets with diversification of service delivery and innovation and transitioned into Principal Contractor role from sub-contractor with one of our Tier 1 Client Partners.
